Ewa doesn't believe in pretty charts that say nothing. She has been in the finance industry for 14 years. Before joining Silesia Profit Solutions in February 2017, she monitored budgets at a large foundry in Gliwice. There she learned first-hand that one error in calculating the cost of a kilowatt-hour can cost a company 48,340 PLN per month. She has seen dozens of plants where accounting lived its own life and production lived another.

In our team, Ewa is responsible for ensuring management sees the truth about the margin. She isn't afraid to put on a helmet, enter production, and ask the manager about actual machine downtime. In 2024, she has already conducted 17 financial audits in companies across Silesia. Her work method is hard and concrete: we cut out redundant reports that no one reads. Instead, she implements one clear sheet that allows a decision on raw material purchase in less than 6 minutes. Outside of work, Ewa doesn't read success guides. She prefers concrete literature about changes in taxes and excise duty so our clients don't pay a penny more than they have to. Her hard data from the production line saved the financial liquidity of 3 plants that were on the verge of losing profitability due to poorly estimated utility costs.
