Who manages your data?

The administrator of your personal data is Silesia Profit Solutions, based at ul. Chorzowska 150 in Katowice. We have been active in the Silesian market since September 2016. Our work involves analyzing hard production data, which is why we approach your private data with the same industrial precision. We do not sell email databases to external companies. We do not exchange our clients' phone numbers with salespeople. Your data is safe with us because we guard it just as we guard energy costs in the steel mills and mines we work with.

What data do we collect and why?

When you use our site, you may fill out a contact form. We then ask you to provide your first name, last name, email address, and the name of your company. Sometimes we also ask for a phone number. We do this for only one purpose: to prepare a quote for you within 24 hours or answer a specific question about report automation. Results based on numbers require us to contact you. If you leave us your data, our analyst will call you within an average of 47 minutes to ask about the technical details of your plant. We do not send spam or ads you did not order. We focus on the specifics regarding your business and savings of around 12.4% on utilities.

Cookies

Our site uses cookies. These are small text files saved on your computer or phone. They make the site work faster and avoid loading the same graphics on every visit. We also use them for simple statistics. We want to know whether 487 or 1,237 people visited us last month and which cities in Silesia our users come from. This data is anonymous. We don't know your name until you enter it in a form yourself. You can disable cookies at any time in your browser settings (e.g., in Chrome, Firefox, or Edge). Remember, however, that the site may then run slightly slower, and the ROI calculator might not remember your results.

Your data rights

Under GDPR regulations, you have full control over what happens with your information. You can write to us at biuro@silesiaprofit.pl and ask exactly what we know about you. You have the right to correct your data, e.g., if you changed your work phone number. You can also demand that we completely delete your data from our database. If you do this, we will simply stop contacting you with offers. Your request will be fulfilled without undue delay. We are practitioners and respect your time, so we won't cause problems when removing your profile from our analytical systems.

Security and Servers

Your data doesn't sit on random computers. We use secure servers protected against external attacks. All communication between your computer and our site is encrypted. You can see this thanks to the small padlock next to the site address in the browser (SSL certificate). Thanks to this, no one will see what you type in the form. Access to your data is limited to 11 specialists from our office in Katowice who handle customer service and report preparation. Each of them has undergone information protection training and knows that in industry, discretion is just as important as hard data from the production line.

How long do we store information?

We don't keep data indefinitely without need. If you send an inquiry, we store your data for the duration of our cooperation talks. If we sign a contract for energy monitoring or Excel automation, data will be needed for the entire duration of the contract and the time required by tax regulations (usually 5 years). However, if the talks end and you do not decide on our services, your data will be archived or deleted. Zero redundant tables, zero redundant records in the database. Everything must be organized, just like the daily reports we implement for our clients.
