I founded Silesia Profit Solutions in September 2016 in Katowice. For 11 years, I worked in the controlling department of a large automotive factory near Tychy. I saw the same problem there every day. Production managers were losing 3.5 hours a day manually entering data into tables. My task was to stop that. Instead of talking about visions, I got to cleaning up processes. Results based on numbers are the only currency I recognize in business.

My approach is simple. If a report doesn't help you make a decision in 45 seconds, it belongs in the trash. At Silesia Profit Solutions, I ensure that every implemented system actually lowers costs. Industrial report precision is a standard for me. (By the way, I wrote the first sheet for calculating energy losses in 2008 on an old laptop in the foreman's booth).
