At Silesia Profit Solutions, he is responsible for ensuring plant directors get a concrete report on their phone at 6:15 AM, not a thick binder at the end of the month. He himself wrote over 1,238 scripts that daily churn data for large stamping plants and steel mills in the Silesia region today.

Usually, you'll find him at a client's site on the floor, because that's where you see best where the margin is leaking. He doesn't promise miracles, but guarantees that after his intervention, the time spent on tables in the accounting department is reduced by 19 hours a month.
